United Nations Mission in Liberia (2013-2016)
Jallah's Role: Ramp Manager / Movement Control Assistant
Contribution:
I oversaw ground operations involving flight scheduling, passenger and cargo handling, dangerous goods requirements, safety procedures and coordination with customs, immigration and other stakeholders.
I also supported the development and implementation of movement-control SOPs, operational reporting, inspections and VIP travel arrangements.
United Nations Mission in Liberia (2004-2013)
United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan — Kabul (2018-2024)
United States Embassy — Monrovia, Liberia (2017-2018)
Jallah's Role: Warehouse Manager
Contribution:
I managed physical stock counts, inventory reconciliation, storage methods, stock levels, receiving and distribution.
My responsibilities also required coordination with vendors, purchasing personnel and internal users while maintaining an organized and compliant warehouse environment.
Jallah's Role: OIC Movement Control / Transport Assistant
Contribution:
My responsibilities included air-terminal management, cargo and passenger handling, safety and security compliance, VIP facilitation, transport services and coordination with stakeholders including customs authorities.
Jallah's Role: Supply Assistant
Contribution:
I worked across procurement planning, order tracking, inventory management, warehousing and distribution.
My responsibilities included inventory reporting through manual and computerized systems, logistics planning, physical reconciliation, supplier coordination and procurement documentation.
